I have both Instagram and Pinterest to thank for my love for home decor. I’ve always been intrigued by beautiful spaces but never had any money or opportunities to explore until we bought our first apartment in 2017. Once we finally had our own space to decorate, I started searching for inspiration on Instagram and… well, haven’t stopped since. After all, isn’t Instagram a bottomless treasure trove full of exceptional home decor imagery? If you’re looking for some major home inspo (and envy), follow these 6 insanely beautiful home decor Instagram accounts that will inspire you.

@reserve_home by Mallory
Ah, Reserve Home, the first home decor Instagram account I fell in love with. I’ve followed Mallory for years now and I can safely say her account just keeps getting better. From her (previous) signature pink Urban Outfitters couch to the vintage pier mirror, Mallory has a knack of mixing vintage and modern pieces. Her soft neutral home palette with pops of color exudes warmth and coziness. Unlike many homes that look almost too perfect to live in, Reserve Home makes me want to pack my bags and move right in!
Special mention: Mallory’s impeccable art and vase collection is to die for. Watch out for fluffy cat cameos too!
@thishouse5000 by Elena
This Instagram account should really be called @ilovethishouse5000 because there’s so much to love here! Elena is an expert at styling earthy colors, lush greenery and different textures to create a a pretty and practical home. I can’t decide if I like her chic monochrome bathroom or her exposed-brick dining area better. One thing’s for sure – this house is seriously #homegoals.
Special mention: Stay tuned as Elena shares the funniest Instagram stories about how she and her husband (a.k.a. Bob the Builder) embark on different DIY projects for their dream home!
@gypsytanhome by Sabrina
Gypsy, or Sabrina, is hands-down the queen of color. I mean, how gorgeous is her turquoise headboard and blush pink accent chairs? Sabrina is also a proud plant mom and I love how she doesn’t shy away from large plants like her fiddle fig leaf plant and elephant ear plant. Sabrina’s home is truly the epitome of a colorful boho glam abode.
Special mention: If you’re a hat hoarder, Sabrina has the easiest DIY hanging hat wall tutorial. Besides storing and displaying hats, this clever project dresses up any blank wall and makes it look très chic.
@kate.lavie by Kate
So, I only discovered Kate’s account this year but I’m already obsessed. I cannot get over how stunning her shelves look – just look at the sage green color, curved arches and brass accents! Kate’s home possesses a certain je ne sais quoi appeal to it. Its got color, its got charm and its got character. What’s not to love about this Scottish home?
Special mention: Besides Kate’s lovely home, I adore Kate’s personal style! Since we both share the same love for midi dresses and shelfies, can you blame me for being seriously addicted to her account?
@goldalamode by Cara
When I first stumbled upon Cara’s account a few years ago, she embodied the color pink. Although her feed looks more muted these days, Cara is still a master of using colors to enhance her home. How sensational does her guest room’s white and green color block wall look? Tip: f you’re looking for the perfect shade of pink, Cara’s living room is literally what pink dreams are made of.
Special mention: It seems like Cara is launching a separate home decor Instagram account called Goldly. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope we can score some of her favorite home finds!
@hotpinkpineapples by Cyn
Cyn’s home account sparks joy. Looking at her account makes me so. damn. happy! Cyn loves bold bright colors and thankfully for us, she’s not afraid to flaunt it. If I had to describe her home in one word, it’s FUN. Just look at how she paired her arched headboard with the squiggly print wallpaper in her bedroom! I thoroughly enjoy all of Cyn’s content but my favorite posts are her detailed yet easy-to-follow DIY tutorials. Check her account out if you’re looking to create a faux fireplace or build a renter-friendly fluted wall.
Special mention: Don’t miss Cyn and Dolly’s (her adorable bulldog) outrageously cute handmade Halloween costumes every year. Three words: So stinkin’ cute!
