I first saw this stunner on Kate La Vie and I was immediately OBSESSED. This ring is handmade by a small business in Thailand, which offers many options that work for any budget. From gold-plated sterling silver to actual 18K white, yellow and rose gold, this statement piece is best paired with everyday dainty rings or with an engagement ring/wedding band! Who says women can’t buy jewelry for other women?

2020 may be almost over but you and your best mate will surely need something to remember this CRAZY year by. Made of 100% cotton, it is ultra-soft and lightweight. More importantly, it is slightly longer than your average tee, which makes it a great piece to wear over leggings and skinny jeans.
Arrow Boost Color Enhancing Lip Balm, $15
If your friend has naturally pale lips like me, she’s going to love this color-enhancing lip balm. I discovered this balm when I received it as a gift during my visit to the Birchbox office last year. I’d never heard of the brand before but was curious to see if it would give my lips some much-needed color. And it did! My lips turned a natural pink color and felt really soft and smooth. Furthermore, it has a sheer texture and a faint fragrance that doesn’t feel cloying. Overall, a great lip product to wear everyday (especially under a mask!)
Origins Facial Wash, $32
If I had to pick only one skincare product to use during quarantine this year, it’ll be my facial wash. (Just kidding – I need moisturizer and sunscreen too!) I tried three different types of facial cleansers this year but the Origins Checks and Balances Frothy Face Wash is still a clear winner. True to its name, it is very frothy so a little goes a long way. Add this to your friend’s skincare routine – her face is going to feel squeaky clean after!
Halluci Fleece Slippers, $25.99
Recognize these fluffy fleece sandals from Tik Tok? According to this People magazine article, Amazon shoppers say these are the most comfortable things they’ve put on their feet this year. Some people even liken it to walking on clouds! As if that’s not enough to convince me, the fuzzy pair also comes with thick rubber non-slip sole for outdoor use. This fan favorite comes in 8 different colors (one for each of the girls!)
The Soul Clean Co. Rose Restore Bath Bomb, $10
If your friend has been feeling a lot of anxiety this year, it’s time to pamper her with a handmade bath bomb from The Soul Clean Co. Made from natural ingredients, this bath bomb is a divine addition in the tub. The rose geranium essential oil smells heavenly and makes the entire bath experience extremely relaxing. Initial necklaces are pretty popular but this gold cubic zirconia studded version from By Invite Only caught my eye. This dainty and sparkly necklace comes in three colors: silver, gold and rose gold. Despite not being gold-filled, this piece is made of 0.5 micron 18K gold-plated and nickel-free brass. In other words, it’s safe for sensitive skin and doesn’t tarnish easily. It’s a beautiful keepsake your friend will love forever!
Bergamot Hand Cream, $14
When we stayed in The Betsy in Miami last year, I was delighted to discover they provided Malin + Goetz toiletries. Since then, I’ve continued to use the Malin + Goetz bergamot hand treatment because it’s basically the best hand cream ever. Firstly, the mild citrus scent is very refreshing. Secondly, the lightweight cream absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave a sticky residue. It’s also made from all the good stuff like almond, shea butter and honey to keep hands, cuticles, and elbows moisturized. It’s exactly what your friend needs after all of the hand washing and sanitizing she’s been doing in 2020.
Silk Scrunchie Set, $39
Everybody who knows me knows I am a scrunchie advocate. I made the switch to scrunchies last year because my elastic hair ties were pulling and damaging my hair.
